  • Items received back within 15  days of original purchase date qualify for a refund. Please send your items back to us with a note including your order number and whether you'd like to make a return or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know the details of what the exchange will be.
  • Items received back within 30  days of original purchase date qualify for store credit or exchange. Please send your items back to us with a note including your order number and the details of what the exchange will be.
  • Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
  • All Vintage & Consignment items are FINAL SALE. 
  • HepKat Clothing reserves the right to deny return/credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. 
  • We are unable to accept returns past 30 calendar days of original order date.

  • All orders over $75 will ship for free. Any orders under $75 will have standard shipping rates.
